Shipping policy

At CloudCeram, we work hard to ensure every order is packed carefully and delivered as quickly as possible. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the following business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If any unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Destinations

CloudCeram currently ships only within the United States.

At this time, we do not accept or fulfill international orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, the estimated transit time is typically 5–8 business days within the United States.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, carrier operations, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping charges are calculated as follows:

  • Orders from $0 to $60: Flat shipping fee of $8.
  • Orders over $60: Free standard shipping.

No additional handling fees or hidden charges will be added to your order.

Shipping Carrier and Order Tracking

Most orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. Tracking information may also be available through your customer account if you created one during checkout.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to addresses located within the United States.

The following locations are not currently supported:

  • International destinations outside the United States.
  • Freight forwarding addresses intended for international reshipping.
  • Any location where carrier service is unavailable.

Delays and Unexpected Events

Shipping and delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • National holidays
  • Carrier delays
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Natural disasters or other force majeure events

If a significant shipping delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers using the contact information provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives with significant damage, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.

Our customer service team will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and help determine an appropriate resolution.

Please include your order number, photographs of the package (if applicable), and a description of the issue when contacting us.

Local Pickup and Delivery

CloudCeram does not currently offer:

  • In-store pickup
  • Local delivery services
  • Same-day delivery

All orders are shipped directly to the shipping address provided during checkout.
