At CloudCeram, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, or exchange according to the policy below.
Return Eligibility Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.
Items returned after the 30-day return period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused or only lightly used.
- The item must remain in its original condition.
- All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.
- The item must show no significant signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
We accept returns for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind.
- Non-defective products that no longer meet the customer's needs.
- Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Discounted products marked as non-returnable.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging or with excessive signs of use.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team before sending any item back.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- Photos of the product if the item is damaged or defective.
Return requests may be submitted by email.
After your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
CloudCeram does not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for:
- Change-of-mind returns.
- Non-defective products.
- Exchange requests not related to product defects.
Return shipping charges are based on the actual shipping cost paid by the customer.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, CloudCeram will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution.
Exchanges
We support product exchanges.
If you receive a defective item or wish to exchange an eligible product, please contact our customer service team within the return period.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or alternative solution may be offered.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 1–4 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout, including credit cards, PayPal, or other supported payment methods.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
CloudCeram does not charge any restocking fees.
Lost or Damaged Return Packages
If a return package is lost or damaged during transit, customers should contact the shipping carrier and our customer support team as soon as possible.
Please provide:
- Tracking information.
- Shipping receipt.
- Photos of the package if available.
We will work with the customer to help resolve the issue whenever possible.
Partial Returns
Customers may return individual items from an order without returning the entire purchase, provided the returned items meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
Refunds will only apply to the eligible returned products.
